Subscription and usage

Owners and admins can see what the organisation has bought and how it is being used. Members do not see these pages.

Subscription​

The Subscription page shows:

  • the plan the organisation is on and which products it includes
  • the current credit balance, when the plan is credit based
  • the data packages that are active, and their tier

Changing plan or adding a data package is done with your SpatiaFi contact, not from the portal.

Usage​

The Usage page shows credit use over time and a detailed list of usage events. Use it to see which products and which members consume credits.

Top-ups​

When a plan is credit based, additional credit can be bought as a top-up package. Ask your SpatiaFi contact for the current options.
