Scores are a ranking, not a measurementLow means less exposed than most locations in our reference set. It does not mean safe.
Scores describe the area, not your locationThey cannot see your own equipment, your backup generation or your contracts.
The financial numbers are for prioritising, not for signingGood enough to pick which locations to look at. Not an engineering design, and not a quote.
Two interventions todaySolar, or solar with battery storage. Standalone storage and energy efficiency are named in the product and on the way.
One scoring method for everyoneYou cannot weight it for your own portfolio. That is what makes two portfolios comparable.
Re-uploading creates duplicatesUpload a file that overlaps with locations you already have and we do not merge them yet.
Every one of these is a deliberate choice for a first version. If one of them is blocking a decision you need to make, tell us. That is how it moves up the list.
A number looks wrong. What should I do?
Tell us three things:
- the location name
- the screen you were on
- what you expected instead
That is enough for us to trace it.
Can I ask for something that is not here?
Yes, and we read it.
The most useful requests describe the decision you are stuck on, rather than the screen you would like added.
