Track your projects

How does something become a project I am working on?

Anywhere you see a location worth acting on, add it to your pipeline. You can do it one at a time, or select several and add them together.

What are the stages, and what do they mean?

Three, and you move something along by dragging its card.

Moving a card from Screening to Project asks you to confirm. That is the point where it stops being just an idea.

Once a project is committed

Planned→Construction→OperatingAt risk

Opportunity. Worth a look. Nothing is committed.

Screening. You are building the case and deciding.

Project. Committed, and being delivered.

How do I follow a project once it is committed?

Committed projects carry a delivery status: Planned, Construction, or Operating. A project can also be flagged as at risk.

Sort by target completion date to see what lands when.

Where do I see everything at once?

The portfolio model. One table with every project at every stage, with its cost, payback, savings, and carbon avoided side by side.

Search it, filter it by type, stage, state or utility, group it however you want to look at it, and export it when you need to take it somewhere else.

The portfolio model table

Show the full table with several projects across different stages, and the filter and grouping controls visible. The value of this screen is that everything is in one place, so a wide capture beats a cropped one.
